We at The Cave Dweller value our customers, and take careful measures to pack and dispatch the orders responsibly.
Orders once dispatched will not be eligible for refund or cancellations while in transit. It will be the responsibility of the customer to book a return if they want to return the order once they receive it.
Please read these terms and conditions of our return and refund policy:
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If there are any mistakes or damages in the parcel we are willing to offer refund only if the customer provides us a full video of unboxing the parcel from the start to the end without any video cuts in between. If there are any cuts in the video refund will not be initiated.
- Refunds for damage items is only provided when the parcel includes items like glassware or broken items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, an uncut unboxing video if unable to produce refund will be void.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
- If a customer wants to return any item bought from our store, the return will have to be initiated by the customer, we are not liable for the return costs involved.
- For return orders, refund will be initiated only when the parcel reaches us and have been checked by our staff throughtly. Please refrain from keeping items from the package and also include the invoice provided inside, or else eligibility for refund will be void.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.thecavedweller@gmail.com we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping returns
- To return your product, please email for an address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
- Please make sure your are using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance while shipping your return order. We donot take responsibility if your return shipment is loss during transit, so please be careful with the return shipment and ship responsibly.
